WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 -- Rep. Abby Finkenauer, D-Iowa, issued the following news release:
Today, Congresswoman Abby Finkenauer (IA-01) announced Dubuque County will receive a $5,452,023.00 grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation's Better Utilizing Investment to Leverage Development (BUILD) program. The grant money is approved for use on several repairs and improvements in Dubuque.
