WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:

U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), members of the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $313,000 for the City of Beckley from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) program to preserve and expand affordable housing options and provide assistance for low-income families.
