WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) today announced that West Virginia will receive $20 million through the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) Grant program for the I-64 widening project from St. Albans to Nitro.
This project will increase system capacity on I-64, improve interchange traffic operations, enhance safety . . .
