PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, Nov. 6 -- ACA Connects issued the following statement by President and CEO Matthew M. Polka regarding the legislation by Sen. Roger Wicker, R-Mississippi, chairman of the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, that would extend the Satellite Television Extension and Localism Act Reauthorization Act of 2014 for five years:
