CULLOWHEE, North Carolina, Nov. 6 -- Western Carolina University issued the following news release:
Ricardo Nazario-Colon, chief diversity officer at Western Carolina University, has been named chair of the Governor's Advisory Council on Hispanic/Latino Affairs.
