COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 6 -- The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio issued the following news release:
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) today authorized the transfer of assets from One Source Energy, LLC (One Source) to Northeast Ohio Natural Gas Corp. (NEO). NEO will provide natural gas distribution service to One Source's customers.
