WASHINGTON, Nov. 5 -- Rep. Andy Harris, R-Maryland, issued the following news release:
Rep. Andy Harris, M.D. (MD-01) announced over $1.3 million in Federal Emergency Management Agency grants to local fire departments in the First Congressional District.
