Holland & Knight advised Sandler O'Neill & Partners, L.P. as sole placement agent on Central Federal Corporation's (NASDAQ: CFBK) recently announced $25 million private placement. The offering, which was made in common and convertible preferred stock, closed on October 31.

Central Federal Corporation is the parent of CFBank, N.A., which has a large presence in Ohio.
