JACKSONVILLE, Florida, Nov. 1 -- Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced that FIS, a financial services technology company, will be building a new, expanded world headquarters in Jacksonville. This 12-story headquarters is expected to open by June 2022 and will allow FIS to hire an additional 500 employees, bringing their Jacksonville workforce to approximately 1,800 employees.
