SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Oct. 31 -- The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities issued the following news release:
The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities named four new governing board members, elected a new chair and officers. Board members serve three-year terms with the opportunity to be re-elected for a second term.
