MADISON, Wisconsin, Oct. 31 -- The Sierra Club issued the following news release:

Today, Alliant Energy announced it will add up to 1000MW of new solar generation to be built in Wisconsin by 2023.
In response, Sierra Club Wisconsin Chapter's Elizabeth Ward released the following statement:
"One thousand megawatts of solar is no small . . .
