WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kansas, a member of Senate Appropriations subcommittee on Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration and Related Agencies, issued the following statement after the Agriculture Department announced a final location for the Economic Research Service and the National Institute for Food and Agriculture:
