WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- Rep. Daniel Lipinski, D-Illinois, issued the following statement after the House voted to pass a resolution (H.Res. 660) that establishes procedures for open hearings as part of the impeachment investigation:
"The resolution I supported today sets the rules for public hearings as the House moves forward with the impeachment inquiry.
