WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 -- Rep. Mike Quigley, D-Illinois, issued the following statement after the House passed a resolution (H.Res. 660) establishing rules for the next steps in the impeachment inquiry into President Trump's abuses of power:
"Today's vote was a critical next step in the House's ongoing investigation into the President of the United States. This resolution provides us with a path forward as we move toward the public phase of the inquiry and provides both Congressio . . .
