WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 -- Rep. Mark Meadows, R-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
This week, Rep. Mark Meadows (NC-11) introduced H.R. 4839, the Caring Homes and Improved Lives for Dependents (CHILD) Act--a bill that will provide opportunity and safety for children from broken homes or separated families.
