WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 -- Rep. Bobby Rush, D-Illinois, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Representative Bobby L. Rush (D-Ill.), along with U.S. Representatives Brian Fitzpatrick (R-Pa.); Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.); and Peter King (R-N.Y.), introduced the Diabetes Prevention Semipostal Stamp Act (H.R. 4914). Funds raised by this stamp will go toward the National Diabetes Prevention Program at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
