TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Oct. 29 -- The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services issued the following news release:

Today, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced its long-awaited Domestic Hemp Production Program [https://www.ams.usda.gov/sites/default/files/media/AMS_SC_19_0042_IR.pdf] rules, following the reclassification of hemp as an agricultural commodity in the 2018 federal Farm Bill.
