WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- Rep. Warren Davidson, R-Ohio, issued the following news release:
Yesterday, the President announced the death of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi during an army special forces operation in Northern Syria. This important military victory significantly weakens ISIS, which has already suffered the loss of its caliphate in the Levant.
