Hoyer (MD) sent the following letter to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell today, urging him to work with Democrats to reach bipartisan agreement on 302(b) allocations for all twelve appropriations bills to facilitate responsible funding of government ahead of the November 21 deadline.
