LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Oct. 24 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Little Rock District issued the following news release:
The maintenance work on the rock structure(noted in SWL 19-83) at Murray Lock (No. 7) NM 125.4 is complete.
On Oct 24, contractors are scheduled to begin maintenance work on the rock structure located at the end of the downstream lock wall of Colonel Charles D. Maynard Lock (No. 5) NM 86.3. Mariners are advised to contact the lock prior to arrival.< . . .
