BROOKFIELD, Illinois, Oct. 23 -- The Chicago Zoological Society issued the following news release:
Today, several of the animals at Brookfield Zoo received Halloween treats--pumpkins. Hani and Kartik, the zoo's two sloths bears clawed their way to get at pumpkins' innards. Norman, an African cape porcupine, enjoyed eating the pumpkin. Sandy, a nearly 1-year-old binturong, played with small pumpkins and enjoyed some of the treats animal care staff put inside, including grapes, apples . . .
