RAYSTOWN LAKE, Pennsylvania, Oct. 23 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Baltimore District issued the following news release:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has released the draft Raystown Lake Master Plan and is seeking comments and feedback from the public until December 7, 2019.
"This draft plan is an accumulation of a tremendous amount of hard work by the USACE team, our partners, stakeholders and members of the public," said U.S. Army Corps of Engineer . . .
