CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Oct. 23 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia, Mike Stuart, issued the following news release:

A Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine was sentenced to federal prison for drug distribution, announced Acting United States Attorney Lisa G. Johnston.
