COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 21 -- The Ohio Environmental Council issued the following statement by Executive Director Heather Taylor-Miesle on the announcement from the Citizens Against Corporate Bailouts that their campaign did not have enough signatures to meet the constitutional requirement to initiate a referendum of Ohio climate legislation (H.B. 6):
