McGuireWoods' Mark Anderson Appointed to North Carolina Rules Advisory Commission

RICHMOND, Virginia, Oct. 21 -- McGuireWoods, a law firm, issued the following news release:

McGuireWoods partner Mark E. Anderson has been appointed to the North Carolina Rules Advisory Commission by Chief Justice Cheri Beasley of the North Carolina Supreme Court. The 12-member commission is charged with revising the state's Rules of Civil Procedure and General Rules of Practice to allow for implementation of a statewide electronic filing and case management system.
