In front of one of the largest crowds in Hornet Stadium history, Sacramento State completely dominated then-No. 6 Montana, 49-22, to jump from No. 17 to No. 8 in this week's AFCA FCS Coaches' Top 25 Poll. Montana was the third straight ranked opponent that Sacramento State has beaten in as many weeks. The Hornets are 3-0 in Big Sky Conference play for the first time in school history.
