DURHAM, North Carolina, Oct. 18 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
Twelve more North Carolina counties are eligible to apply for federal disaster assistance to supplement state and local Hurricane Dorian recovery efforts.
