WASHINGTON, Oct. 17 -- People for the American Way issued the following statement by Kentucky, executive vice president for policy and program marge baker, in response to the Senate Judiciary Committee's advancement of the judicial nominations of Lee Rudofksy for the Eastern District of Arkansas and Justin Walker for the Western District of Kentucky:
