FORT LEE, Virginia, Oct. 17 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Defense Commissary Agency issued the following news release:
Christopher Carpenter, a commissary employee at the Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, Commissary, received an Outstanding Employee with a Disability Award Oct. 3 in the Pentagon.
