WASHINGTON, Oct. 17 -- Rep. Donald W. Norcross, D-New Jersey, issued the following statement on the death of Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Maryland:
"My thoughts are with the people of Baltimore as they mourn the passing of my friend and colleague, Congressman Elijah Cummings.
