CentraState Medical Center is offering the forum, Sweet Success: Preventing and Managing Diabetes, on Wed., Nov. 6 from 5:30-8 p.m. at CentraState's Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus, 901 W. Main Street, Freehold. Registration will begin at 5 p.m.
