HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Oct. 16 -- The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry issued the following statement by President and CEO Gene Barr regarding New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy's announcement that he will refuse to issue permits to the Penn East pipeline project:
