TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Oct. 16 -- The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services issued the following testimony by Commissioner Nicole "Nikki" Fried regarding the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, in advance of the committee's hearing on sustainable offshore aquaculture:
