WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 -- Rep. Conor Lamb, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release:

Today, the House passed H.R. 3207, a bill introduced by Representative Conor Lamb (PA-17) to designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 114 Mill Street in Hookstown, Pennsylvania, as the "Staff Sergeant Dylan Elchin Post Office Building." Staff Sergeant Elchin was tragically killed by a roadside bomb in Ghazni province in Afghanistan on November 27, 2018.
