WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 -- Rep. Dan Meuser, R-Pennsylvania, issued the following statement regarding Turkish offensive in Syria:
"I, like many, am deeply troubled by the current state of affairs in Syria and Turkey. It is, however, a complicated situation. Yesterday, I received a briefing from U.S. Secretary of Defense Mark Esper, who outlined his and the President's careful and algorithmic decision-making related to this ongoing situation.
