COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 16 -- American Electric Power Corp. issued the following news release:
American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP) has named Julius Cox senior vice president and chief human resources officer effective Oct. 21. Cox will succeed Tracy A. Elich, vice president, Human Resources, who is retiring Dec. 31 after more than 43 years with the company.
