WASHINGTON, Oct. 10 -- Sen. Thom Tillis, R-North Carolina, and Richard Burr, R-North Carolina, issued the following joint statement on the Federal Emergency Management Agency's response to North Carolina's request for individual assistance following Hurricane Dorian:
