MIAMI, Florida, Oct. 11 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) applauded the U.S. Coast Guard's announcement that it will modify the Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) contract with Panama City-based Eastern Shipbuilding.
On October 10, 2018, Hurricane Michael wreaked havoc in Northwest Florida, and made history as one of only four category 5 hurricanes to make landfall on the U.S. mainland.
