KANSAS CITY, Missouri, Oct. 11 -- United Soccer Coaches issued the following news:
United Soccer Coaches is excited to announce Julio Serrano as the new Chair for the Latino Coaches Advocacy Group. In his role as chair, Serrano will build a team from the Latino coaches' community to identify the needs of the membership and advocate on their behalf. He will also represent Latino coaches as a member of the United Soccer Coaches Advocacy Council.
