CINCINNATI, Ohio, Oct. 11 -- The American Civil Liberties Union, a 501(c)3 non-profit that works to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the U.S., issued the following news release:
The Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit upheld a preliminary injunction today against an unconstitutional abortion ban. The law criminalizes abortion when one of the woman's reasons for the abortion is a fetal diagnosis of Down syndrome.
