WASHINGTON, Oct. 11 -- Rep. Virginia Foxx, R-North Carolina, ranking Republican member of the House Education and Labor Committee, issued the following statement on the Congressional Budget Office's score for the Democrats' prescription drug pricing scheme (H.R. 3):
