Corps of Engineers Closes Blackhawk Park Again Due to High Water

ST. PAUL, Minnesota, Oct. 10 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the following news release:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, temporarily closed its Blackhawk Park, located near De Soto, Wisconsin, yesterday, October 9, due to high water.
Corps staff also closed three Mississippi River landings due to the high river stages. They include Bad Axe and Jay's landings in Wisconsin and Millstone Landing in Minnesota.
