WASHINGTON, Oct. 10 -- Rep. Richard Hudson, R-North Carolina, issued the following statement announcing that he plans to join his colleagues to introduce legislation to impose severe sanctions on Turkey after the country launched military operations in northern Syria and against U.S.-allied Kurdish forces:
