WASHINGTON, Oct. 10 -- Rep. French Hill, R-Arkansas, issued the following news release:
Congressman French Hill (AR-02) joined House GOP Conference Chair Liz Cheney (WY-AL) and more than 20 Republicans in the House to introduce legislation imposing sanctions against Turkey in response to Ankara's military offensive against U.S.-allied Kurdish forces in northeast Syria. This move follows similar efforts led by Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD).
