MIAMI, Florida, Oct. 9 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) sent a letter to Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin requesting the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) to exercise its authority and launch a full review of the national security implications of TikTok's acquisition of Musical.ly.
