ROANOKE, West Virginia, Oct. 9 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following remarks at the Governors Energy Summit, highlighting West Virginia's leadership in the energy sector and his work as the ranking member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee:
