WASHINGTON, Oct. 4 -- Rep. John Rutherford, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
Today, Congressman John Rutherford (FL-04) is proud to announce that Duval County Public Schools was awarded $500,000 through the Community Oriented Policing Service (COPS) grant program under Rutherford's STOP School Violence Act.
