MARIETTA, Ohio, Oct. 8 -- Rep. Bill Johnson, R-Ohio, issued the following statement after the Appalachian Regional Commission announced a round of Partnership for Opportunity and Workforce and Economic Revitalization grants:
"I am thrilled to support this economic investment across Eastern and Southeastern Ohio.
"This funding will support projects designed to create jobs and spur economic opportunity by investing in broadband expansion, substance abuse recover . . .
