ATLANTA, Georgia, Oct. 7 -- Technical College System of Georgia issued the following news release:

Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) Commissioner Matt Arthur has appointed a new President to lead Columbus Technical College. Martha Ann Todd, who has been serving as Interim President at Columbus Technical College since July 1st, has been named President of Columbus Technical College.
