PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, Oct. 7 -- Rep. Brendan Boyle, D-Pennsylvania, co-chair and co-founder of the Friends of a Free, Stable and Democratic Syria, issued the following statement on the White House announcement that the U.S. will withdraw from positions in Syria on the Turkish border:
